I don’t want nothing from you but for you to know what you want. 

What do you want in your marriage? What do you want in your son and daughter? What do you want for your health? What do you want financially? How much money do you want to make a year? What do you want to drive? How do you want to live?

And then once you find out what you want, spend the rest of your natural life waking up and going after it.

Stop just waking up like an accident. What do you want? 

The reason I speak with so much passion is because I’m talking about my life. This is not something that I read. 

I ate out of trash cans. I had no business eating out of trash cans. I lived in abandoned buildings. I had no business living in abandoned buildings.

My Daddy wasn’t in my life. My Mama was a teenage mother. That was no excuse for not living up to my potential. No excuse.

I didn’t get a new Daddy. I didn’t get a new Mama. I changed. 

I stopped being a victim. I stopped waiting for good things to happen to me and I started to grind. I started to fight. I got to work. I got to learning. Every day I did everything in my power to become a victor. Not a victim. 

I became a winner. 

Winners win. Losers lose. I can’t explain it any better than that. 

And if you create a culture of losing. If you keep being a victim. If you keep letting losing happen to you. If you keep letting people do you and treat you any kind of way, it’s gonna become a culture.

You better stop making excuses and find a way to win. You better wake up and grind. 

I didn’t get here making excuses. And nobody can stop me.

When you become a winner, people start seeing you with winners. You get from being a loser with low self esteem, doubt and fear to finding your way to the other side. 

It’s sweeter on this side. 

Stop making excuses. Stop pointing fingers at people and start pointing fingers at yourself. 

What did YOU not do. What have YOU not done. And why ain’t YOU doing it?

It’s going to be a dog fight. 

On the road to success, I lost five Aunts to cancer. In the midst of my business, I had to go to funerals and I had to get on planes, I had to raise money.

It’s a dog fight. 

I had cousins shot in stores execution style, shot in the back of the head twice. 

It’s a dog fight. 

Three years ago my wife found seven lesions on her brain. 

It’s a dog fight. 

It hasn’t been easy. It hasn’t been a paved road, telling me the way. It’s been rough, it’s been crooked, it’s been hard.

But I made up my mind that I will get a reward for the pain that I go through.

I will not stop, I will not be defeated, I will not be destroyed. I will take everything that happens in my life and I will allow the pain to push me to greatness. 

You will not break me, you will not stop me, you will not defeat me. The only way I lose, is if I quit.

It’s going to be a dog fight.

So, if you’re ready to quit, don’t get started. If you’re looking for this easy path, then don’t get started. If you think no one will close the door on you and say no a million times, don’t get started. 

But every time they close the door I just get excited because I am not a no, I’m one yes away. 

I’m one yes away. 

You can’t keep telling me no forever. You can’t keep denying me forever. 

This type of energy, this type of passion, you can’t stop it. 

You can contain it for a while but this is life. You can’t defeat me. You don’t have enough power, you don’t have enough energy, you don’t have enough strength to stop this. 

Hate does not have enough energy to destroy love. 

You cannot destroy this. 

Its going to be a dog fight.
